Great question! This fee accounts for the time and fuel required to travel to you. It also keeps the wheels rolling by accounting for maintenance, and insurance!

Our call-out fees are as follows:

Scarborough/Markham = $0 during business hours, $65 for after-hours

Pickering/Ajax = $75

Whitby/Oshawa = $80

Richmond Hill = $80

North York = $80

Etobicoke/Downtown Toronto = $90

Vaughan = $90

All other regions = $95

Labour: $97.50/hr

All additional services are to be combined with hourly labour charges, and a labour charge minimum of 1 hour unless otherwise specified.

Rekey Charges (includes 2 keys):

Standard lock rekey: $35.00/cylinder

Rekey, all keys lost: $45.00/cylinder

Special Re-keying (exempt from standard labour charges)

Master-Rekey: $175 for the first cylinder, $50 per additional cylinder
